rates shown below are for seven-night holidays and short break
bookings of 3 or 4 nights. *Short breaks are offered all year
round but during July and August, and Christmas / New Year, may only be booked at the owners discretion usually within 4 weeks of arrival.
If you would like a price for a period not shown below e.g. 10 days,
please contact us. Extra days are normally charged at one seventh of
the weekly rate.
Weekly bookings may, at the
owners discretion, commence on a Monday (not in peak periods) please
ask if interested.
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET
Prices include all electricity,
central heating, bed linen (duvet), towels etc.
There is no feather
content in any bedding or furnishings.
Due to steps and stairs, Elder
Cottage is not accessible for wheelchair users, and is unsuitable
for babies, young children and people with mobility problems.
NO CHILDREN/BABIES. NO PETS. NO SMOKING.
The owner lives nearby, so you can be assured of local knowledge and prompt help
if needed.
